  2. Hi Tom. Dont cuss. Its tacky and unprofessional and ghetto ish. You're in the presence of these incredible people that you're interviewing and you don't need to be cussing and nor does most of your audience want to hear the F-word I'm sure either like me. Also just a another little critique I think you talked a little too much in your interviews. You going to your story a little too much. I think you need to spend more time just listening and let them get on a roll with what they're trying to say those are my favorite interviews for the interviewer doesn't keep interjecting. 😊 with that being said I think you're awesome I love your show keep up the great work!

  3. i observe in the nature ,most of the carnivore birds and animal grazing grass , so the nature said small amount of vege must need for fullfill fiber requirement for microbione as well regularized bowel movement and removal

  6. I like Will Cole 🥰 It s pitty he can’t help Jimmy More, his host in Keto Talk podcasts ☹️ Too much Omega 6, animal fats, animal foods r inflamatory as well. Banana s way better then bacon, watermelon s much better then cheese but keton chasers dont get this. Plant based, mainly veggies fruits legumes olive oil & seafood eaters have very healthy gut microbiome and they r healthier then Ketogenic / Carnivore dieters.

  7. Hey Tom. Apologies. This comment isn't related to the video, but I didn't know of another way to communicate. I just wanted to comment on something I heard you mention a while ago about having skin issues. Have you tried zinc/copper and pantethine? There's a lot of information on how pantethine can help your skin. Also, if you're not getting as much zinc as your unique physiology requires, that can mess up your skin. If you take zinc, be sure to also take copper or you could end up deficient in copper which isn't so great for you.

    – Fix your gut
    – Don’t eat gluten

    You don’t need 50 different ppl, each claiming they have something – to keep saying the same thing..

  9. I was born with extreme inflammation and have suffered from severe asthma and sinusitis all my life until now i only eat salmon and cabbage may eliminate cabbage … its the carbs the was causing my asthma etc
