Hey my friends, this week I tried following the most common health recommendations at once! There were many more but the video (and my life ?) was overwhelming with all of them so I included just the major health guidelines here (: There are definitely some things I didn’t know and some things I’ll keep doing from now on!     See the issue with this is that your breakfast was healthy but because of the calories it wouldnt be considered perfectly healthy but it is as long as you have a balanced diet

    Wearing shoes would probably help you sit properly at a desk. I realised I always sit fairly well at work, but literally never sit right at home and came to the conclusion it’s because I wear shoes and don’t want to ruin the chairs that aren’t mine at an office.

    I like it being cold while I sleep because the bed is warm and the room is cold and it’s easier to sleep

    I don’t know why brushing before breakfast is necessary cause you brush your teeth before bed so you haven’t eaten anything between the last time you brushed your teeth to when you wake up, at least you shouldn’t imo. I only brush my teeth before breakfast of my breath is really bad that day.
