  1. As a younger kid, I searched endlessly for a video or resource loaded with individual drills that professionals actually did on their own to improve, but never found one. I had to make up drills on my own or slowly learn drills from coaches or teammates over the years. I kept a notebook of drills and slowly added to it as I progressed through my career. Drill by drill by drill. I wanted to give you 20+ years of training experience in a single video. I wanted to create that video that I constantly searched for a decade ago. I wanted to give you the video that I would have killed for as a kid.

  2. So I always see a lot of people doing long drills with a few cones, and I can do all the skills they do in the drill, but I can’t remember the order they did everything in lol anyone has any help?

  3. Has anyone used the Episoketren System to improve your soccer skills? Just do a google search. On there you will discover that a great suggestions about how you can improve your soccer game. Why don't you give it a shot? perhaps it'll work for you too.

  5. Hey guys, I'm a 14 year old kid from the U.S and I need help tryna figure something out. So far, I'm been training as much as I can during the week but it's been hard without my parent's support. Every time I ask to go to the field to practice individually (my local field is open) they just respond with "there's no reason in going, do you just want to waste your time?" My mom is only letting me go about 3x a week, but I feel like I can improve way faster if she let me go nearly everyday (I go in the mornings). I'm pretty sure if there was a trial with a really good team 30 min away, they wouldn't make the sacrifice to drive me there because it's a "waste of time". I've explained numerous times to them that by training everyday, I would become better and get a good chance at getting to the professional level. They don't understand anything about grinding your ass off to achieve something, but other parents encourage their kids to become the best they can be. They have no passion for soccer whatsoever, therefore they don't believe in the dream of making it pro. They basically hate soccer. What should I do? Should I just not listen to them and sneak out to the field every morning, regardless of them not letting me?

  6. Thank you so much Matt. I never realized you had to do this hard work to become better. This is coming from some one who doesn't have much space to practice and wondering how he could measure how fast he is.

  7. Hi there, have you considered Episoketren System yet? Simply just do a google search. On there you'll discover an awesome suggestions about how exactly you can increase your soccer skills. Why don't you give it a chance? maybe it is going to work for you too.
